Antoine Browaeys awarded the CNRS Médaille d’Argent 2021

Antoine Browaeys, research director in the Quantum Optics group of the Charles Fabry laboratory, receives the 2021 Silver Medal of the CNRS, the French National Centre for Scientific Research. This prestigious award "recognises researchers for the originality, quality and importance of their work, recognised at national and international level."

Antoine is a researcher at the Charles Fabry laboratory. He co-founded Pasqal in March 2019 and is its scientific director. The medal recognises his work on trapped single atoms, optical tweezer arrays and Rydberg atoms, which are at the heart of Pasqal's technology.
