Abstract: "The Second National Plan for Open Science (2021-2024) encourages the sharing and opening of research data to make research more transparent, visible and reproducible.

The Data Management Plan (DMP), both an administrative and scientific document, is required by the European Commission and the French National Research Agency (ANR) for funded projects. Evolving over the course of a research project, it describes the life cycle of data, from their production to their open access dissemination.

This presentation aims to introduce the issues related to the opening and reuse of scientific data. The question of FAIR-isation of data arises. FAIR stands for Easy to Find, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable data."
